This type of current transformer is made of epoxy resin and other materials by vacuum casting, and is suitable for outdoor power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, it converts the large current on the primary side into a small current of 1A or 5A on the secondary side in proportion, providing accurate current signals for measuring instruments, relay protection devices, and automatic control equipment, and realizing accurate measurement of line current, system protection, and automatic adjustment. The transformer has good insulation performance and high mechanical strength, and can effectively resist outdoor moisture, dirt, and ultraviolet erosion. It has the advantages of arc resistance, aging resistance, long life, flame retardancy, explosion-proof, and maintenance-free. It is widely used in 10kV outdoor overhead lines, substations, and other occasions.
