This type of voltage transformer adopts epoxy resin casting insulation and is designed for outdoor AC power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and 10kV. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, it converts the 10kV high voltage on the primary side into standard low voltages such as 100V, 100/√3V, 100/3V on the secondary side according to the established transformation ratio, providing accurate voltage signals for voltmeters, electric energy meters, relay protection devices and automatic control systems, and realizing accurate measurement, fault warning and intelligent regulation of power system voltage. The transformer has excellent insulation performance and can resist moisture, dirt, ultraviolet rays and temperature changes in complex outdoor environments; it has high mechanical strength and can withstand the impact of bad weather; it has significant flame retardant and explosion-proof properties, safe and reliable operation, and maintenance-free design greatly reduces operation and maintenance costs. It is widely used in outdoor substations, switchgears and overhead lines, and is the core equipment to ensure the stable operation of 10kV outdoor power systems.
